Reeoka (“we,” “us,” “our”), a sole proprietorship based in Giza, Egypt, operates reeoka.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

• You provide: name, email, billing address, and payment details when you order. For custom products, you may also upload photos, names, and personal details used to create your product.
• Automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it
To process and deliver orders, create your custom products, send order confirmations and download links, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, meet tax and accounting obligations, improve our site, and — with your consent — send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Payment processing
We do not store or have access to your full card details. Payments are processed by payment gateway Services, who are PCI-DSS compliant and handle your card data directly under their own privacy policies. We receive only the transaction result, the last four digits of your card, and the billing information needed for order records, tax compliance, and fraud prevention. We may share order details with our payment provider when investigating a disputed transaction.

Custom product uploads
Photos and personal details you upload for custom products are used solely to create your order. We do not sell, publish, or use them for marketing without your explicit written permission. Files are retained for 90 days after delivery so we can handle reprints or corrections, then permanently deleted.

Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate: payment processors, email service providers, and website hosting. They may only use it to perform services for us. We never sell your personal data.

Your rights

Data retention
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes under Egyptian law. Custom uploads are deleted after 90 days. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Children
Our site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. Parents purchasing products for children provide that information themselves.

Security
We use SSL encryption and work with PCI-compliant payment processors. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
