By accessing reeoka.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us
Reeoka is a sole proprietorship registered in Egypt (Commercial Register 110700900045720, Tax ID 771182961), located at Pyramids Gardens, Giza 41131.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

3. Products
We sell digital products only — instant downloads and custom personalized digital items (coloring books, storybooks, ADHD planners, budget trackers, and parenting guides). No physical goods are shipped.

4. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in USD. Applicable tax is added at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

Payment is required in full at checkout via online payment only. Payments are processed by Amazon Payment Services and WooPayments. Charges appear on your statement as REEOKA.

If your billing currency differs from USD, your bank applies its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. These are set by your bank and are outside our control.

We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing errors or where payment cannot be verified, with a full refund. Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us at info@reeoka.com — see our Returns & Refund Policy.

5. Digital product license
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may: download, print, and use it for yourself and your immediate family.

You may not: resell, redistribute, share, or give away the files; claim them as your own; use them for any commercial purpose; or upload them to any file-sharing or template site.

6. Download access
Digital products are delivered via a download link emailed after payment and available in your account. Links are valid for 30 days and allow up to 3 downloads. Please save your files locally. If a link expires or fails, contact info@reeoka.com and we’ll help.

7. Custom product submissions
By uploading photos, names, or other content for custom products, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and you grant us a limited license to use it solely to produce your order.

You may not submit content that infringes copyright or trademarks, depicts illegal activity, or is offensive, hateful, or explicit. We reserve the right to refuse any custom order and issue a refund.

Accuracy: you are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. We produce custom items exactly as provided. Uploaded files are deleted 90 days after delivery.

8. Intellectual property
All site content — designs, artwork, text, logos, and products — is owned by Reeoka or our licensors and protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

9. VIP Products
VIP items are limited-availability releases sold once. We make no guarantee that a VIP product will be offered again.

10. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

11. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content in bulk, or interfere with site operation.

13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reeoka’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Giza, Egypt.

16. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
