Reeoka sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping — your order is delivered electronically, so no shipping address, shipping cost, or delivery wait applies.

How delivery works
After your payment is confirmed, you will redirected to the download page and a download link is emailed to you immediately and is also available in your Reeoka account. Most orders are ready within minutes.

Custom products
Custom coloring books and storybooks are made to order. Once your personalization is prepared, your finished digital file is delivered to your email and account. If a proof or approval step applies, we’ll email you before finalizing.

Download access
Download links are valid for 30 days and allow up to 3 downloads. Please save your files to your own device once downloaded, as links expire.

Didn’t receive your download?

• Confirm you entered the correct email at checkout.
• Log in to your account to access the link directly.
• Still stuck? Email info@reeoka.com and we’ll resend it within 1 working day.
