By accessing reeoka.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us
These terms form an agreement between you and Reeoka LLC, a single-member limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (Wyoming filing ID 2026-002039119), trading as Reeoka. Registered office: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In these terms, Reeoka, we, us and our mean Reeoka LLC. All products on this site are sold, invoiced and charged by Reeoka LLC.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. An order for a child must be placed by a parent or guardian.

3. Products
We sell digital products only — instant downloads (coloring books, children’s storybooks, and planners). No physical goods are shipped.

4. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed and charged in USD. Prices exclude any sales tax, VAT or similar tax; where we are legally required to collect it, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

Payment is required in full at checkout. Card payments are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment provider; Reeoka LLC never receives or stores your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as REEOKA.

If your billing currency differs from USD, your bank applies its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. These are set by your bank and are outside our control.

We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing errors or where payment cannot be verified, with a full refund. Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us at info@reeoka.com — see our Returns & Refund Policy.

5. Digital product license
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may: download, print, and use it for yourself and your immediate family.

You may not: resell, redistribute, share, or give away the files; claim them as your own; use them for any commercial purpose; or upload them to any file-sharing or template site.

6. Download access
Digital products are delivered via a download link emailed after payment and available in your account. Download links do not expire and have no download limit. We still recommend saving your files locally. If a link fails, contact info@reeoka.com and we’ll help.

7. Intellectual property
All site content — designs, artwork, text, logos, and products — is owned by Reeoka LLC or our licensors and protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

8. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

9. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content in bulk, or interfere with site operation.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reeoka LLC’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

14. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
